As the latest member of the Calatrava family, this new white gold Ref. 5226 perfectly embodies Patek Philippe’s pursuit of excellence in all areas of watchmaking. Calatrava watches are known for their pure round case shape, which has been famous since 1932. Patek Philippe has reinterpreted this classic shape with the brand’s iconic Paris hobnail pattern on the side of the case. In order to make this engraved pattern run throughout the entire case, the designers also designed a unique case structure that integrates the lugs with the case back.
This watch is equipped with the 26-330 S C automatic winding movement and provides hours, minutes, central seconds, date window and stop seconds. This new model comes with two interchangeable straps: one made of beige calfskin with a brushed finish; the other is made of black calfskin with an embossed textile pattern and beige topstitching.
